You can cancel a backordered item before it ships by following these steps:

  1. Go to My Account → Order Status
  2. Open the order that contains the backordered item
  3. Click Cancel Order
  4. Select the backordered size or item you want to cancel
  5. Click Cancel Selected and confirm

Important notes:

Only backordered or unshipped items can be canceled

Items that have already shipped can’t be canceled

Other items in the order will continue to ship as planned

If the item has already shipped, you’ll need to request a return after delivery.
